摘要

An optical fiber for guiding laser is equipped with a second-order nonlinear optical element at one end thereof. The light of a long wavelength transmitted through the optical fiber is converted by the nonlinear optical element into a laser beam of a short wavelength. The diseased part can be irradiated wtih the beam of a short wavelength which is effective for the therapy.
