<p>PURPOSE:To evade legal regulation, and to easily prevent interference by fetching the light of specified wavelength into an internal part from an external part, and converting it into an electric signal, and giving modulation based on an ID code to the light to be reflected by a light reflecting means by using the electric signal. CONSTITUTION:A light introducing means 2 to fetch the light of the specified wavelength from the external part into the internal part, a photoelectric converting means 6 to convert the light fetched by the introducing means 2 into the internal part into the electric signal, a light reflecting means 3 to reflect the light from the external part toward the external part, and a modulating means 7 which operates at the electric signal from the photoelectric converting means 6 and gives the modulation based on the ID code to the light to be reflected by the light reflecting means 3 are provided. Thus, an ID card and identification system using the ID card which are not subject to the legal regulation and never cause the interference even if plural systems are used close to each other can be obtained.</p> |
