PREPARATION:The objective compound can be produced by condensing (A) 23,24-dinorchola-5,7-diene-1alpha,3beta,22-triol derivative or 28,24-dinorchola-5,7- diene-3beta,22-diol derivative of formula II [R3 is OH, halogen or OTs (Ts is tosylate)] with (B) a 2-methyl-4-phenylsulfonyl-2-butanol derivative of formula III in the presence of a base.</p> |
