<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture the voltage applying element in a simple, short manufacturing process and to easily form it uniformly on a large-area substrate by providing a 1st electrode formed on an insulating substrate, a dielectric layer formed of polyvinyl chloride on the 1st electrode, and a 2nd electrode formed on the dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric layer 2 made of polyvinyl chloride is provided on the 1st electrode 4 provided on the insulation substrate 1 composed of a glass substrate and the 2nd electrode 3 is provided on the dielectric layer 2. A photoprocess is required only twice to form this voltage applying element and the dielectric layer 2 is made of an organic material, so large-area, uniform formation is enabled by a spin coating method, etc., because of the organic material, so the large-area element is easily and uniformly formed in the short process. Consequently, the large-area and uniform formation is performed in the simple and short process.</p> |
