<p>In a network in which conflicts may arise because of simultaneous requests from several users, the invention provides for granting immediate access to the applicant provided that within a set period of time before the applicant's request is registered, no other request has been emitted. Otherwise, the network controller monitors the activity, and when the activity ceases it verifies that during an arbitrarily set lapse of time no other request for access was received. If this is the case, a verification message is sent to the caller, upon which said caller is granted access to the network only after he has acknowledged the message before a set time.</p> |
