<p>PURPOSE:To make a steel structural member reversible in a short time continuously in a space-saving manner by advancing a pair of turnover arms on a carriage into a lower part of the steel structural member, and making this member lower end so as to be turned over by holding it between these arms. CONSTITUTION:A turning center pin 9 of a mobile carriage 3 is inserted into an insert hole 10, while this carriage 3 is turned by directing a driving wheel 3a toward the turning direction, and a turnover arm 4 at the side of this driving wheel 3a is advanced in the lower part of a steel structural member 2. Next, this turnover arm 4 is rotated upward, while another turnover arm 4 at the side of a traveling wheel 3b is also rotated, and the steel structural member 2 is held between both these arms 4 and 4 formed into a V-shaped form. Then, the arm 4 at the side of this traveling wheel 3b is rotated downward, supporting the member 2, and further rotated up to horizontality, thus it is turned over. In succession, each part is restored to its original place. Thus, turnover operation can be easily done in succession.</p> |
