<p>PURPOSE:To make curl straightening proper enough by installing a pressing member, bending a central part and pressing a sheet by bending directions, between two sets of roller pairs, and changing a bending direction and a bending value according to water content of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A pressing member 19 is installed in space between two sets of roller pairs 8 and 11. In this pressing member 19, guide members 20, 21 are bent upward or downward by vertical motion of a shaft 22 at the central part and made so as to be pressed to a sheet. This vertical motion of the shaft 22 is carried out by motor drive. When water content of the sheet is detected, the guide members 20, 21 moved up and down by drive of a shaft 32 conformed to the detected result, and the direction of a curl is determined, while a pressing value to the sheet is made to be strong or weak. Therefore, curl straightening is made proper enough irrespective of the water content.</p> |
