<p>PURPOSE:To enhance productivity by constituting the title device of a sheet winding means, the presser of a columnar body, a pressing face and a transmission means and continuously performing both winding and press-fitting of the sheet in one stage. CONSTITUTION:One end 21 of a rubber sheet 2 is grasped by the grasping part 61 of a press- fitting plate 6. Then a ceramic green sheet 3 with an adhesive 31 applied thereto is spread to the prescribed position of the sheet 2 and an insulating tube presser 5 is fixed to the prescribed position. Successively an insulating tube 4 is set on the sheet 3 so that this tube 4 is allowed to abut to the presser 5. The grasping part 61 of the press-fitting 6 which grasps one end 21 of the rubber sheet 2 is passed to the left over the insulating tube 4 from the right in the upper part thereof by the pushing pressure FV of the horizontal direction. Thereby the sheet 3 with one end 21 lifted by the rubber sheet 2 is tightly fitted to the outer circumferential face of the right side of the insulating pipe 4. Successively after the pushing pressure FH of the vertical direction is exerted, the presser 5 is moved by a driving mechanism 53 thereof. The pushing pressure FV of the horizontal direction is exerted and the insulating tube 4 is rolled and the sheet 3 is wound on the other circumferential face of the insulating tube 4. Then both the press-fitting plate 6 and a base plate 1 are parallelly moved back and forth while pressing the insulating tube 4 with the sheet 3 wound thereon via the rubber sheet 2.</p> |
