PURPOSE:To reduce fluctuation in the amount of paste to be filled, and to facilitate the structure by providing an ultrasonic vibrator or a mechanical vibrator in a filling chamber of a paste filling device. CONSTITUTION:A paste 2 is put into a hopper 1, and when a motor is driven, a screw 3 is rotated to send the paste to a filling chamber 6. When a switch of a piezoelectric transducer 7 is turned on, the paste that is sent to the filling chamber by means of the vibration of a horn 8 becomes fluid. An expanded metal grating is inserted from a grating body entrance 10, and when the paste is extracted from an exit 11, it is filled into the grating body, so as to be cut in a certain size by a cutter 16. |
