PURPOSE:To reduce power concentration on a sealed port by reducing power concentration on a bonding part through the employment of drawing of circular cross section of a metallic foil. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator is insulated and sealed by heating and mounting by pressure a periphery of a metallic foil 1 with a thermal welding resinous material. For the metallic foil 1, stainless is used, while for a sealing material 2, an adhesive film composed of a low density polyethylene is used. Outer form of the accumulator is a disk of 20mm diameter, with total thickness of the accumulator of 0.50mm, the thickness of the port of 0.20mm, and the drawing of the circular cross section 0.30 major diameter. Process form of a drawing part A is defined as a circular cross section. Since there is no point that serves as a fulcrum in the drawing, power concentration on the sealed port is reduced due to elastic deformation on the drawing part. |
