摘要 PURPOSE:To take a phase control range to be at 0-360 deg. and to set the duty ratio of a phase shift output signal to be 50% by applying phase control with a binarized digital control input and applying the phase control at a signal in an oscillated frequency being an integral multiple of the frequency of a phase shift output signal. CONSTITUTION:A switch circuit 13 with an inverter receives an output of a switch circuit 11 with an inverter as 1st and 2nd inputs and switched by a control signal B1. Then a switch circuit 14 with an inverter receives an output of a switch circuit 12 with an inverter as 1st and 2nd inputs and switched by the control signal B1. An analog phase shift circuit 15 receives outputs of the switch circuits 13, 14 with an inverter respectively as the 1st and 2nd inputs and outputs signals e5, e6 whose phase is advanced by 0-90 deg. with a control voltage. Thus, the phase shift in a range of 0-360 deg. is implemented by using digital switch circuits 11-14 for 90 deg. each by control signals B0, B1 and the analog phase shift circuit 15 controlling a phase shift angle of 0-90 deg. by the control voltage Vc.
