PURPOSE:To enable the control of the temperature of superheated steam supplied to a sterilization pot over a wide range by providing a heat-exchanger furnished with a power regulator having a temperature sensor and a temperature controller and placing the heat-exchanger between a steam-generation mechanism and a sterilization pot. CONSTITUTION:A heat-exchanger 4 is placed between a steam-generation mechanism 1 and a sterilization pot 16 and connected with pipes 3, 13. A power regulator 7 is placed between a power source and an electric heater 8 in the heat- exchanger 4. A temperature sensor 5 is attached to the sterilization pot 16 or the pipe 13 connecting the heat-exchanger 4 and the sterilization pot 16 and the signal transmitted from the sensor is inputted into the power regulator 7 via a temperature controller 6. |
