<p>PURPOSE:To form a grease injection device of concise construction, by charging inside a bearing-storage recessed part with a bearing while positioning it to a predetermined position for grease delivery holes and suppressing the bearing from floating when it is greased in a bearing supporting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A bearing conveyance path, formed by slide surfaces 12, 14 and a work mounting surface 21 in a casing 10, enables seven bearings 4 in all to be arranged in positions A-G in a straight lined condition, and a pusher 18 presses by its one stroke the bearing 4 to be advanced in a distance corresponding to one quantity. A device provides a member 23, corresponding to an outer ring of the bearing 4, in the peripheral surface of a bearing mounting bed 20, and the device, lowering the mounting bed 20, forms a bearing-storage recessed part 23A by the member 23 and the mounting surface 21. If the mounting bed 20 lowers, the device, aligning grease delivery holes 21A in circumferentially equally divided eight positions on the mounting surface 21 with a clearance 4F of the bearing 4, positions the bearing 4 by a pressing member 44.</p> |
