Then a transaction control means 7 acquires an authority code out of the table 8 when the means 5 decides a proper user and the coincidence is obtained between the transaction given from the means 2 and the transaction of a transaction control table 8. Then the start of a transaction is commanded when the authority code of the means 7 has a high-order than the authority code of the means 5. |
