PURPOSE:To completely eliminate the necessity for burring work and supply a mask frame at a lower price, by fixing an inner shield through the method of resistance welding. CONSTITUTION:A point end 10a of a pin 10, for fixing an inner shield, is formed to a ring shape further to a spherical surface state, or a point end 11a of a pin 11, for fixing the inner shield, is formed to a large spherical surface state, and this pin 10 or 11 is welded and secured to a mask frame by the method of resistance welding. |
