摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten a diagnostic time by providing floating address registers in main storage circuits, writing data in and out of the plural main storage circuits at the same time, and individually reading out and comparing them. CONSTITUTION:The main storage circuits 21-0 - 21-7, and 22-0 - 22-7 include the floating address registers 31-0 - 31-7, and 32-0 - 32-7 for sectioning error correction codes and addresses including the parity bit of an address part respectively and the wires OR of response signals of writing operation is enabled; and an even and an odd parity floating address table are generated and written in the main storage circuits at the same time, read out individually, and compared. Consequently, the diagnostic time can be shortened even in writing operation in a regenerative state without any new rewriting in a continuous space.
