PURPOSE:To make easy the packaging and the transportation at the time of delivery by a method wherein the base part of a rod for driving birds away or a holding part of the rod is formed of a shape memory alloy or a shape memory plastic. CONSTITUTION:The part of a shape memory part B of a rod 3 for driving birds away fixed to a fixing part A of a pole 1 is formed of a shape memory alloy subjected to shape memory treatment in such a way that if the rod 3 reaches a constant temperature or higher, it becomes vertical and the rod 3 is held bendedly at the part B at the time of delivery, packaging and transportation. Next, in case a solar cell module is actually used, the part B of the rod 3 is irradiated with sun-light and is heated up to about 80 deg.C. Therefore, the memorized shape is restored and the rod 3, which has held the shape at the time of delivery, is vertically erected and can fulfill its function of driving birds away. |
