<p>PURPOSE:To securely prevent the occurrence of a gnawing of a worm wheel with a thrust bearing when large torque is given by inserting a worm unit into 1st and 2nd elastic supporting parts against each elastic force and meshing it subsequently with the worm wheel to make an assembly. CONSTITUTION:The thrust bearing 35 for the worm unit 37 is constituted by using a material having a friction coefft. of smaller value than a friction coefft. of the 1st and 2nd elastic supporting parts 39 and 40 respectively for holding attachably and detachably the other end part of a shaft 34 of the worm unit than the bearing 35 and a radial bearing 36. Then, the worm unit 37 is inserted into the 1st and 2nd elastic supporting parts 39 and 40 provided on a fitting member 38 against each elastic force, and afterward, the assembly is set up by meshing this worm with a gear part 30a of a 3rd loading cam 30. By this method, when large torque is given, the gnawing is prevented by the action of the thrust bearing 35, and hence a secure operation control is feasible.</p> |
