PURPOSE:To elevate critical current density by migrationelectrodepositing a superconductive oxide around a coil-shaped core material wherein superconductive metal is overlaid on the fire-resistant material so as to form a coil of a complex material, and partially heating it so as to fuse it, and shifting a heating element in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:Conductive metal 2 is overlaid on fire-resistant material, such as alumina, etc., which is formed in coil shape by deposition, etc. so as to make a core material 1. This core material 1 is soaked in solution such as isopropyl alcohol, etc. Wherein oxide powder in superconductive composition of, for example, Bi0.7-Pb0.3-Sr-Cr-Cu2-Ox is suspended so as to migrationelectrodeposit an oxide 3 in superconductive composition around the core material 1, whereby a coil covered with superconducting oxide is obtained. Next, a coil-shaped heating element 5 is set to the covered core material 1 such that it does not contact with the core material, and the heating element 5 is arranged at the end of the coil 4, and then currents are applied so as to heat the oxide 3 into half fused conditions. Hereby, the heating element 5 is shifted along the longitudinal direction of the complex material of the coil 4. Hereby, the oxide 3 solidifies after once fusing or half fusing and changes into close layer. |
