PURPOSE:To know a service life of a power source use battery, as well and to measure a liquid level with high reliability by providing a means for detecting an output voltage of the battery and a modulating and transmitting means. CONSTITUTION:A counter means supplies power to a modulating and transmitting means 17 by turning on a switch 18, transmits liquid level data brought to sampling plural times, and thereafter, stops the means 17 by turning off the switch 18, and the counter means is reset to zero. Also, data of a liquid level data storage means 15 is updated, and subsequently, a CPU 10 is switched to a standby state. In such a way, only a timer means 13, the means 15, a voltage drop detecting means 14 and a voltage regulator 12 maintain an operating state, and the CPU 10 maintains the standby state, and on the other hand, the means 17 and a measuring means 20 become a stop state and the power consumption is suppressed. |
