PURPOSE:To enhance adsorption specificity for glycoprotein or glycolipid by bonding an arbitrary reagent to hydroxyapatite. CONSTITUTION:As a reagent which is bonded to hydroxyapatite through a carbodiimide derivative spacer, the following material is used: the material such as, e.g. enzyme protein, antibody protein, receptor protein or the like having physiological activity and a feature wherein the material is specifically bonded to sugar having a specific structure. The desirable quantity of the carbodiimide derivative which is bonded to the hydroxyapatite is 10 - 15 weight parts with respect to 100 weight parts of the hydroxyapatite. The hydroxyapatited, the carbodiimide derivative and the reagent are made to react with a carrier in a suitable solution, and this carrier is manufactured. |
