PURPOSE:To eliminate a speed change shock by a clutch and a time lag of speed change by supplying oil via a control valve to the time immediately before the clutch engages and via an orifice of small size from the time immediately before the clutch engages. CONSTITUTION:For instance, in a speed change to a 1-speed shift, when the first solenoid valve S1 is turned on, a line pressure of a manual valve 51 is supplied to a hydraulic servo C-1 via a 1-2 shift valve 52, but in the beginning, because a C1 apply control valve 82 is placed in a right half position, the line pressure is suddenly supplied to the hydraulic servo C-1 passing through a large orifice via the valve 82. The fourth solenoid valve S4 is turned on immediately before a clutch engages, switching the control valve 82 to a left half position, and the line pressure is throttled by an orifice 83 of small size, gradually engaging the clutch. Thus, a speed change shock by the clutch and a time lag of speed change can be eliminated. |
