PURPOSE:To improve the ease of work for installation of the indoor unit by joining the indoor unit support and the mounting frame support and installing the indoor unit pivotable about said joint so as to allow the connection of the refrigerant pipe by reaching from the front side under the indoor unit. CONSTITUTION:The refrigerant pipe 7 which connects the indoor unit 1 to the outdoor unit is routed from within the wall through the mounting frame 5, and then is out to a length needed for connection with an auxiliary pipe 2 of the indoor unit 1, followed by the bending at a small angle. The indoor unit 1 is then inserted to the mounting frame 5, and the indoor unit holder 3 is engaged with the mounting frame holder 6. As a result, the indoor unit 1 can be swung open from its lower part about said holers. By this constitution, at the time of connecting the refrigerant pipe 7 to the indoor unit 1, the connection work can be easily performed under the indoor unit 1, and, since the refrigerant pipe 7 does not require to be bent much, it can be fit into the mounting frame 5 after the connection is completed without applying a great force, facilitating the work. |
