PURPOSE:To contrive the measurement of a distance of a condensing lens and a work by radiating a laser beam from a laser displacement gauge provided on a laser marking press, reflecting it by a reflecting mirror and radiating it to the work, reflecting a light beam which is brought to diffuse reflection from its surface and returning it to the displacement gauge. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam generated by a laser oscillator 1 passes through reflecting mirrors 2, 3, deflected by an X mirror 4A and a Y mirror 5A, forms a focus on the surface of a work 12 by a condensing lens 6 and executes marking. A laser displacement gauge 7 attached to a scanner head part 11 radiates a measurement use laser beam 7A vertically to the center line of the condensing lens 6, and this laser beam is reflected by a measurement use reflecting mirror 8 and becomes a laser beam 7B and the surface of a work 12 is irradiated with the laser beam 7B. A part 7C of the laser beam which is brought to diffuse reflection is reflected by the mirror 8 and returned to the displacement gauge 7, and by its return angle theta, a distance to a work is measured. At the time of laser marking, the mirror 8 is shifted from right under the condensing lends 6 by a reflecting mirror use arm 9. |
