PURPOSE:To stably send a strip of paper filter out from a roll by providing a roll braking device that exerts a partial-braking force on the paper filter sent out from a roll, and a tension device that prevents the paper filter from becoming loose during transfer of a raw material cup and a filter block, etc. CONSTITUTION:A paper filter roll 81 is held between a brake shoe 45 provided on a roll holder 4 and a fixture 44, and a partial-braking force is exerted on the roll 81. Therefore, a strip of paper filter 8 is spread between the roll 81 and a guide pulley 92 without a looseness. To absorb the looseness of the filter paper 8, a flapper 91 is in contact with the paper filter 8 so that the moment load due to the self-weight of the flapper is loaded on the paper filter 8, causing the paper filter 8 to be pushed to the right. When the paper filter 8 is forcibly sent out by a paper filter feed mechanism 5 just before the completion of coffee brewing, the roll 81 is pulled by the paper filter 8 and turns overwhelming the braking force of the brake shoe 45. When the paper filter 8 is sent out by a length equivalent to a feed pitch, the tension state is restored. |
