PURPOSE:To shorten the joining time, while maintaining the reliability of joining mounting parts by providing plural pieces of laser heads on the laser mounting parts joining device. CONSTITUTION:Plural laser heads 1 are provided on the laser mounting parts joining device. Subsequently, by irradiating a laser light 2 from the laser head 1, a lead wire 6 and an electrode 7 are joined by solder 5. Next, plural pieces of laser heads are rotated as one body around a prescribed axis center. In such a way, the joining time can be shortened irrespective of the direction of a lead of mounting parts. |
