PURPOSE:To manufacture an interior finish material in one process by one press molding die by regulating the mold surface temperature in contact with a surface material to the heat-resistant temperature or lower of the surface material and also regulating the temperature of the mold surface made to abut on a resin felt to be equal to the curing temperature or over of synthetic resin contained in the resin felt. CONSTITUTION:When a resin felt 4 integrated with synthetic resin of fiber and a surface material 5 are overlapped, heated, pressed and molded into a given shape in a mold 1, the mold temperature in contact with the surface material 5 is regulated to the heat-resistant temperature or lower of the surface material 5, while the mold surface temperature in contract with the resin filter 4 is regulated to the curing temperature or over of synthetic resin contained in the felt 4. Thus, molding of resin felt 4 and fixing of the surface material 5 by pressure are carried out simultaneously in the mold 1, and a board without any deformation, melting, degeneration or the like of said surface material 5 and with rigidity of resin felt 4 is manufactured to be used, for instance, as a ceiling material 7. |
