PURPOSE:To perform continuous rolling in high safety by arranging a rear receiving gutter, a delivery device and a shooter to drop stock on a supply gutter at the rear of a three-high rolling mill. CONSTITUTION:The whole side length of the rolled stock received in a rear receiving gutter 16 after a rolling stage is pushed by delivery rollers through the operation of a delivery cylinder 41 at regular intervals, delivered from an upper receiving gutter 16 to the side, slipped down on a shooter 43 and moved to a rolled stock supply gutter 13 on the lower step. Thereafter, the rolled stock is discharged by the similar operations to a front receiving gutter 22, received by a lifter 68 and a pressing device 72 on a rear receiving gutter 17 after the completion of the rolling stage of an upper part, slipped down a delivery device 20 on a shooter 44 and moved to a rolled stock supply gutter 14. The rolled stock supplied from the supply gutter 14 is received on a rear receiving gutter 18 after the completion of the rolling stage. When a swing arm 47 in swung by the operation of a cylinder 52, the receiving gutter 18 inclines and drops the stock on a rolled stock supply gutter 15. The rolled stock rolled into a prescribed shape after the final rolling stage is discharged by a discharge passage. |
