PURPOSE:To make ejection of a molded product easily and prevent a gear- shaped section of the molded product from getting marks by providing a pivot prevention means to prevent the molded product from pivoting in the peripheral direction on an injection molding device. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 23 with D-shaped section is provided in a mold 21, and said mandrel 23 works as a pivoting prevention means. A through-hole 22a for inserting said mandrel 23 is provided on a central section of an ejection component 22. A molded product 51 of a driven roll 5 is molded by using said mold 21, and in case the molded product is ejected out of the mold 2, a transfer mold 21b is moved in the respective separating direction, and then the molded product 51 is ejected by using the ejection component 22. In said ejection proc ess, the molded product 51 is prevented from pivoting in the peripheral direction by the mandrel 23 working as the pivoting prevention means A, and is ejected out of the mold 21 in the state as it is. |
