PURPOSE: To eliminate a need for a high cost earthing-wire by a method wherein a corrosion preventing device to need a current and a bushing made of conductive plastic are arranged, and a current is allowed to flow between constitution elements, having conductivity, partitioned from each other by the bushing. CONSTITUTION: A floating ring 30 and a cylinder/piston assembly 60 are rotatably fixed at the floating ring 30 by a pivotal pin and a fixing means 140, and a bushing 100 allows rotational movement and friction between main constitution elements. The bushing 100 is wholly formed of plastic so that a cost is reduced and weight is decreased. For example, the two bushings 100 are arranged in parallel and even when electrical series resistance is generated, resistance is generated in a manner to be low enough to allow a flow of a current. A desirable bush 100 is formed of conductive plastic and the resistance value thereof is remarkably decreased due to addition of a filler, such as carbon, aluminum, or a stainless steel. |
