The present invention relates to wine-making equipment. The invention allows sprinkling in tanks from a greatly reduced space, situated between the top of the grapes and the lid of the tanks and regardless of the shape of the said tanks or the position of their traps (centred or off-centre). This invention also serves for the degassing and aeration of wines. It provides: - a possibility of access, via the centre or the side, by means of two removable inlet connections 1 & 2; - a sprinkling whose rate 3 can be adjusted and which can be adapted to the output of the pump; - very finely spread distribution, by virtue of the combined effect of the diffusion ports 4 and a deflector 5 modifying the angle of throw of the possible high flow rate, thus without risk of obturating the ports 4. <IMAGE>
