PURPOSE:To provide an eggroll substantially not scorched even when heated with strong fire and having a dietary effect by adding the seed oil of Simmondsia California to egg or substituting a conventional edible oil used for eggrolls with the seed oil. CONSTITUTION:Scrambled and seasoned egg is mixed with a small amount of oil and fried with a fry pan on which an ordinary dairy edible oil or the seed oil of Simmondsia California is spread.
