PURPOSE:To improve grounding ability without decreasing drainage property by setting tread patterns for a tire pair to be line symmetric to a center line of a vehicle, and forming blocks disposing thin grooves in an inclined main groove consisting of a plurality of groove parts. CONSTITUTION:For a set of pneumatic tires to be installed on both sides of a vehicle as a pair, tread patterns line symmetric mutually to a center line of the vehicle are formed in the tires. At a tread 10 are disposed a circumferential groove 12 extending in the tire circumference direction, a first groove part 14 extending in one direction crossing the circumferential groove 12 diagonally, a second groove part 16 connected with the end of the first groove part 14, and a thin groove 18 extending crossing from the end of the first groove part 14 to the second groove part 16 respectively. An inclined main groove are formed of the first and second groove parts 14, 16 and thin groove 18. The grounding ability can thus be increased without decreasing the drainage property, thereby both wet performance and dry performance are improved. |
