Honey-based compositions and method for preparing them. The honey-based composition according to the invention contains at least one flavouring agent and has a homogenised texture in the form of a paste or cream which is sufficiently fluid for it to be extracted from a flexible tube by simple manual pressure, and it retains its pasty or creamy texture stability over long periods. Application: flavoured honeys with stable homogenised texture, in paste or cream form. |
