摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a protein having aimed medical activity by making a culture of host cells transformed using the DNA molecule coding protein having interferon control factor-1 (IRF-1)activity. CONSTITUTION:Under the control of the first DNA molecule containing the sequence coding protein having IRF-1 activity and the IRF-1 protein coded by this first DNA molecule, host cells are transformed by the second DNA molecule containing the gene coding protein having the aimed medical activity. The resultant transformed host cells are put to culture to obtain the objective protein having aimed medical activity. The gene of this protein is pref. such as to have binding sites for the IRF1-active protein containing many AAGTGA recurring units.
