PURPOSE:To increase the forming quantity, to crush shrinkage and to improve the quality by rotating rotation axes and rolling down dies on both sides of a material to be formed through a rod fitted to the eccentric part of each rotation axis and reducing the thickness of the material to be formed. CONSTITUTION:A driving device is operated, the rotation axes are rotated, dies 14a, 14b are made continuously far and near from/to a carrying line S of material to be formed and the material 1 to be formed is moved from the upstream of the carrier line S to the downstream thereof. Both upper and lower surfaces of the moving material 1 to be formed are rolled down simultaneously by the dies 14a, 14b and the thickness of the moving material 1 to be formed is reduced continuously by the repetition of such operation to be formed to a prescribed dimension. |
