摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To remove a short period variation and a long period variation of plate thickness by seeking for a gain of a roll eccentricity control loop capable of restraining a long period variation generated from the difference between an upper and a lower roll diameter and setting the gain obtained at the eccentricity control loop. CONSTITUTION:In a roll eccentricity controller 18, an inputted rolling load or plate thickness is converted by a roll gap converter 28 into a signal equivalent to a roll gap and amplified by an amplifier 30 through the gain G1, thereafter, stored as a roll gap value in a deviation table 32. Then, it is taken out by using the output of an angle detector 16 and arrives at an addition point 34. On one hand, the roll eccentricity quality is outputted from a learning table 36 and amplified by a 2nd amplifier 38 through a gain G2 to arrive at the addition point 34. At the addition point 34, an roll gap value from the deviation table 32 and a roll eccentricity quantity amplified by a 2nd amplifier 38 are combined. The composite signal of a roll gap value from the addition point 34 and a roll eccentricity value is amplified by the amplifier 40 through the gain G to make a command output to control a hydraulic rolling reduction device 12.</p>
