A plastic threaded bolt (1) has a threaded shank (2) and an abutment head (3), in the region of which two radially resilient fixing lugs (4) are arranged. Via said fixing lugs, the threaded bolt (1) can be inserted in a rotationally fixed, and thereby axially shear-resistant, manner into a square cutout (8) of a vehicle-body sheet (7). Finally, a receiving sleeve (9) with latching protrusions (14) is plugged onto the threaded shank (2) of the threaded bolt (1) and an inner cladding (11) with an intermediate plate (10) is thus fastened on the vehicle-body sheet (7) such that it does not vibrate. <IMAGE>
