PURPOSE:To improve starting performance by applying pressure component of a spring member between a stator and a mover through a rolling lever arranged between two mover sections. CONSTITUTION:Since pressure contact force between movers 4a, 4b and a stator 1 is small, traveling wave produced in the stator 1 is received by the mover section 4a at the side of the stator 1, when a motor is started, and the motor is rotated or moved slightly with small driving force. Since a large load functions through an output shaft 5 onto the mover section 4b remote from the stator 1, the mover section 4b does not move and the force of a spring member 10 for pushing a rolling lever 11 increases through motion of the mover section 4a at the stator 1 side thus increasing the force of the rolling lever 11 for pushing the mover section 4a toward the stator 1 side. Consequently, the mover section 4a at the stator 1 side is pushed strongly against the stator 1 and the traveling wave is received more effectively thus moving the motor with gradually increasing driving force. |
