Aircraft integral tank composed of electrically conductive composite material layers

In the case of an aircraft integral tank composed of electrically conductive composite material layers, especially of CFC, the layers are fastened to one another via screw connections, each nut having a cap as protection. In order to provide spark protection which is of simple construction and can easily be installed, each screw connection has an insulating and sealing lip, in the form of a collar, in the region in which the screw emerges from the composite material layers, which collar is constructed as an electrically insulating layer and is arranged at least in the contact region of the nut. The insulating and sealing lip consists of a tracking-resistance and pressure-resistant plastic and is integrated in the nut, except for an axial sealing attachment.
