摘要 The construction, according to the invention, of a device for controlling blood pumps (artificial hearts) relates to blood pumps designed, for example, as described in my Patent Application DE 3602727 or DE 3825086. A pressure chamber is integrated in the blood bag for the pressure-dependent control of the filling/stroke volumes of the blood bags via filling or emptying of this pressure chamber. For simplification and miniaturisation purposes the filling pressure-dependent control of the filling/ejection quantities in the construction according to the invention takes place mechanically via a shaped plunger (1) which is guided via a guide pin (6) in a groove (8) of a grooved shaft (7). This groove (8) is shaped such that the shaped plunger (1) can freely level out appropriate for the pressure during the particular filling phase. During the ejection phase the shaped plunger (1) is always returned to its starting position and hence to its starting volume, and the same is true of the pressure chamber diaphragm (3) connected to the shaped plunger (1). Starling's effect is achieved purely by mechanical means. The internal pressure of the blood bags is recorded via the adjustment of the shaped plunger (1) by the sensors (10, 11), and the control electronic unit (12) permits an increase or reduction of the cardiac output for the two circulations together. <IMAGE>
