PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of wiring work by transmitting liquid levels by a frequency, respectively by a radio type liquid level signal transmission equipment provided on a liquid storage tank. CONSTITUTION:When power from a battery 11 is supplied and the instrument is operated a timer means 13 starts time counting operation. When the counted time reaches T0, the means 13 outputs a start signal. As a result, a microcomputer 10 is shifted to a start state, a first switch 16 is turned on and working power is supplied to a liquid level detecting part 20. The detecting part 20 converts a voltage signal from a potentiometer 22 outputted in accordance with a liquid level to a frequency signal by a voltage/frequency converting means 23 and outputs it to the microcomputer 10. The microcomputer 10 counts this frequency signal for a prescribed time, disconnects the power to the detecting part 20 by turning of the switch 16 after counting is ended, and counts up the number of times of starting, and also, compares liquid level data inputted at present with liquid level data of the previous time stored in a liquid data storage means 15. |
