In this case, the necessary information like the information receiver information or the reporting information, etc., are registered or updated by reference to an additional routine information evolving table 5. Then the communication service abnormal end is informed to each additional routine based on a communication service abnormality informing program. Thus it is not required to correct the additional routine every time a new service is supported in the case the post-process is carried out for the abnormal end of each service.
