PURPOSE:To obtain a composition without generation of crack, etc., containing an epoxy resin, hardener, modified organopolysiloxane as a stress-reducing agent, unsaturated carboxylic acid-containing vinyl-based copolymer as a toughness-improving agent and a silica powder. CONSTITUTION:(A) An epoxy resin is mixed with (B) a hardener, preferably having 70-95 deg.C softening point and 95-150 OH equivalent, (C) a copolymer of vinyl-based compound and 0.01-15wt.% unsaturated carboxylic acid, (D) a reacted product of D1: 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane having epoxy groups at the both ends, D2: 5-500 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane having an epoxy group and polyalkylene oxide group at the side chains and D3: an aminosilane reacted in a range of 0.9-0.2 equiv. D3 to 1 equiv. mixture of D1 and D2, and (E) a silica powder having <=30mum average particle diameter and <=100mum maximum particle diameter to afford the aimed resin composition. |
