PURPOSE:To realize accurate positioning among cores to each other, by forming a positioning block at a part of a coil winding bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A hollow part 10a through which a core 30 passes is formed to a coil winding bobbin 10, and a coil 31 is wond closely so as to be stored in both flange parts 10b and 10c centering on a winding stage 10d. A trapezoidal block part 10e is formed consecutively to the part 10c for the positioning of the core 30. The core is attached by inserting the core into a gap 10f formed to the bobbin 10 and then winding the coil 31 round the stage 10d. Such element is held by a core holding member 20. An end of the core 30 is made to touch the inside a cut groove 20a common to the member 20, and the other end touches the attachment surface 20b of the member 20. Thus the positioning is carried out. An end of the shielding plate 32 is fitted into the common groove 20a with the part 10e used as the standard of attachment. Thus the plate 32 is positioned and held. |
