A forcing circular plate 140 is forced to a tappet 141 by an action of a wedge tooth 130 and is engaged therewith. In this case, a forcing bearing 139 is buried between a radial surface of the adjusting ring 128 and the forcing circular plate 140 and since the forcing circular plate 140 is rotated with a differential carrier 112, a friction is reduced and an engaging force of the friction device 121 can be adjusted without a hysteresis.</p>
