In a fuel injection pump for internal-combustion engines with a piston (1) performing a reciprocal movement in a guide bore and also driven rotatingly, designed both as a pump piston periodically delivering fuel and as a distributor piston rotatable in the guide bore, which piston has distributor apertures (18, 19) opening on its surface which, depending on the rotary position of the distributor piston during the delivery stroke of the pump piston, are connected to various injection nozzles, a branch pipe (13) is connected to the working chamber (5) of the pump piston (1), which can be connected via separate distributor apertures (18) on the distributor piston (1) to at least one injection nozzle other than the injection nozzle respectively connected directly to the working chamber (5) via another distributor aperture (19).
