PURPOSE:To prevent the production of an error due to unevenness in characteristics, e.g. a delay time, frequency characteristics, gains, by a method wherein two different delay lines are prepared, a receipt signal is fed back only in one direction to apply delay processing. CONSTITUTION:Input terminals 16A of analogue switch groups S4 and S5 are connected to output terminals 17A. A receipt signal 1 or M is inputted to the corresponding tap 1 or (n) of a first delay line DL1 through either an analogue switch ANS1 or ANS1M, and delay processing is applied to output it. A delay signal is inputted from an output terminal 1 to a tap (n) of a second delay line DL2, a delay time of Tmax/2 is provided to output it from an output terminal 2. Meanwhile, a receipt signal M+1 or 2M is inputted to the corresponding tap 1 or (n) of the second delay line DL2 through an analogue switch ANS21 or ANS2M, and delay processing is applied to output it from the output terminal 2. A receipt signal from the vibration element of a channel 1 or 2M is outputted from the output terminal 2 after delay processing responding to a half period of sector scanning is applied. |
