PURPOSE: To user one laser diode as an optical signal transmitter, receiver, and amplifier by connecting the end part of the waveguide of a first laser diode with a first connector of a controllable optical connector, and providing a second connection for an optical reflecting device and a third connection for an optical channel for an optical communicating device. CONSTITUTION: A first laser diode 1 is provided with an optical waveguide 4, and a surface 5 of one end part of the optical waveguide 4 is connected with a first optical connection of one end part of a first directional connector switch 2 by an optical fiber 6. The waveguide 4 of the first laser diode 1 is provided with another end part surface 8. This end part surface 8 is connected with a first optical connection 10 of one end part of a second directional connector switch 3 by an optical fiber 9. The first directional connector switch 2 is provided with a second connection 13 and a third connection 11 as the other end part. Thus, one laser diode can be used for amplification and transmission- reception. |
