PURPOSE: To remarkably enhance reliability of an operation by extending and forming a cylindrical guide surface which is guided in a shaft direction within a control valve housing by a radial flange of a guide sleeve. CONSTITUTION: In a guide sleeve 14, the radial flange 21 is supported by an annular surface of a front part 2 of a control valve housing so as to exactly guide a push rod 29 and this radial flange 21 extends and forms a cylindrical guide surface 22 positioned at a cylindrical part 33 formed at the front part 2. As a result, bending force acting on the push rod 29 is effectively eliminated. The radial flange 21 is provided with some opening parts 31 at a place corresponding to a end part of a vacuum passage 36 in which a return spring 25 is supported by a radial collar 24 continuous to the cylindrical guide surface 22 and is prevented from being disengaged. Thus, excellent guiding property and transmission property of high holding force of the push rod 29 are guaranteed. |
